Why we built the Leakproof Engine.

I spent years doing content marketing for B2B software companies (Bevi, MaxiTech, Reperi), which is where I learned how good lead and follow-up systems actually work. Not the theory. The plumbing: where a lead enters, how fast it gets answered, who picks it up, and what happens on day three when it goes quiet.

Then I started Smart Shamba and fell for property. Real estate sellers had the exact same leak the software companies did: enquiries that come in, get a slow reply, and disappear. They just lose bigger cheques when it happens.
